In the director's office at the computer as a mail client worth Outlook Express, which has a feature not work with files larger than 2 GB (each folder "Inbox", "Sent", etc. is stored in a separate file), as it offers a filling squeeze base, and it was not bad until he [the director] is pressed "cancel", but once he hit the wrong way, in the end part of the incoming messages for a sufficiently long period rubbed. Found prog Recuva, but did not help. Please advise a normal program that will really work. It does not matter what kind of paid or free. The main thing is that it would help. Or advise some way to solve this problem.

I do not
know you’ve already tried this method or not, but it should help. Recover files
from the Recycle Bin. The path will look something like C: \ Documents and
Settings\username\LocalSettings\ApplicationData\Identities\{80B6C0B5-5CE8-4FB2-9E00-9E2EAE6FCDFF}\Microsoft\Outlook
Express.  Before the changes you need to
save a copy of the file from the path, just in case.

Run Outlook
Express 6, add a folder for example Old incoming transition into a folder
although it is empty (for that would base created) and close Outlook Express 6.

In the Outlook Express folder delete Old.dbx
change the file name from Old.bak to Old.dbx

Also, if
this does not help, try as a last resort use a special software.

If not
important, paid or free software, I can advise this Recovery Toolbox for
