ADDOFCENR not working. I'm getting the message OFC0854 User not enrolled in OfficeVision for AS/400 or system directory. How can I get it fixed?

Thanks. We'll let you know when a new response is added.

Are you using Office Vision? That was popular when the AS400 first came out, but I do not know of anyone still using it.

If you are, when you STROFC, you should get a menu that will have options for all the tools that you need.

The user has to be enrolled. Check with Command WRKDIRE. ADDDIRE allows you to add new users.

I never worked a lot with OFFICE VISION 400. Maybe you need to enroll the user in Office Vision itself, I am not sure and cannot check. Try searching on OFFICE VISION 400 for more info.

Put your cursor on the message and press F1 function key (help). Probably the solution will be in the lmessages second level text. Otherwise use DSPMSGD OFC0854. (You may have to prompt the command (F4) to specify a message file other than the default message.
