    Open the Settings menu in Gmail Find the signature section and type your signature.

    To create a signature in the Emails on a MacBook Pro, you can follow below mentioned steps:

    1.      1.  Open your Mail application menu and go to Preferences

    2.      2.  Choose the account from the bar left side and click on Signatures

    3.       3. To use same signature in all account, select the option All Signatures. Or if you want to add a signature only in a particular account then select that account only
