there are a couple of different software packages that will do this for you:

I have not used these so I cannot attest to their worthiness. Has anyone else? Or know a setting on exchange without using a 3rd party app?

You can do this without a third paty app with VBSCRIPT, I have yet to add a blog entry on this but essentially this link will get you started. Best of all it’s FREE!
