Cisco is what we use at work. Easier to manage and seems more stable
Most home users I know lean towards Liknsys as it tends to be cheaper.

    Impossible to tell without knowing your network usage and the devices that will attach. Overall, the Linksys fits your question best as being easier to set up/manage. It also supports 802.11ac, so it is more future-proof and may better support new mobile devices. (Not listed for the Cisco, but possibly not relevant for you.) OTOH, the Linksys might not support the specific controls that you actually need to manage your network.

    Since Cisco has owned Linksys for more than a decade and the two brands try not to compete for the same markets, they usually shouldn't be directly compared in general cases. Only you know enough about your network to know which is appropriate.
