Yes. The most import question is how you want it presented will require some coding to make it readable in a good format. You may need someone with coding skills to write an app for you and set up the security to the database to maintain it’s integrity.

    More information is needed. Which website did you want to upload your Access database? Is this website your own? Are you all in all of this website? What piece of code have you written ? All of a sudden it is not possible to upload? There is a procedure/ mechanism that can help to do the same. Please reveal more information.

    Moreover, MS Access is a back-end database, that stores data and can extract data for future use. While you have to need front-end interface where some data can be inserted and the inserted data can store in MS Access. Are you a learner?
