You'll probably have better luck asking in a forum that has something to do with electrical engineering. When you find such a site, you should form your question with a little more clarity or specificity. For example, are you asking if there is any significant theoretical basis for it? Or are you asking if any current practical method exists? -- Tom
That's where a specific question wording could be needed. Though it doesn't (currently (no pun intended)) seem to make sense, future advances with superconductors, etc., could bring feasibility even if no practicality. -- Tom
