The various files are described below:

lss file: An .lss file contains source code scripts written in LotuScript programming language used by Lotus Notes. LSS is one of the internal formats used by Domino Designer.

Map file: this file defines the relationships between objects, points MapServer to where data are located and defines how things are to be drawn.  http://www.mapserver.org/mapfile/

Rdb: Rdb is a relational database management system (RDBMS). It contains of records, tables, structured data, restricted flexibility, strict formats.

TLB: tlb stands for type libraries. It stores the information related to COM or DCOM object’s properties. It helps while invoking an object’s interface method and helps in making communication between two applications written in different programming languages.

DCX: This is of bitmap file type. DCX files are used by some software to send multi-page faxes.
.cfg file: It contains the configuration settings you want to apply to the NOTES.INI file.

Dll: These are dynamic link libraries. A dll file cannot be directly executed like exe files. DLLs provide shared code/data mechanism to without requiring need of re-linking or re-compiling applications. http://publib.boulder.ibm.com/infocenter/sametime/v8r0/index.jsp?topic=/com.ibm.help.sametime.802.doc/IMLU/st_adm_ldap_renamedllfiles_t.html

Tld files: The TLD file type is primarily associated with ‘Tag Library Descriptor’. TLD files are used to deploy custom tag libaries – encapsulated java code used in a Java Server Page (JSP) file – on a J2EE application server.$FILE/jsp%20in%20domino6.pdf
