    Not sure to understand the question.

    A loop will never "become" infinite if it is finite, even if it takes too long to complete.  For a loop to be infinite, it must not have an exit condition, or must have one that will never be satisfied.  When that happens, the loop is infinite, even if you are looking at it when it is doing the first iteration.

    If you mean something else, please clarify your doubt.

    infinite means no end. It will keep looping till manually canceled. Otherwise a loop will continue until there is no mare data to be processed or the ending parameters have been reached.
