A company claim they sent me an email on the 12th August. They later sent me a supposed copy with a date & time stamp.
I never received the email & neither did my own server receive it.
The company say their Dublin office sent the email to me but it was routed through their server in Switzerland & the MS Outlook account connection to the server had failed. Hence the failure to send the email on to me.
Are they telling the truth or am I being spoofed?
Would the Dublin office not also have a local server additional to a Swiss server?
Could the Swiss server confirm any of this?
