Hello
I'm receiving this error when sending to one external user
550 5.1.1 RESOLVER.ADR.RecipNotFound; not found.. Can somebody help me with this one? Thanks
550 5.1.1 "RESOLVER.ADR.RecipNotFound"
Check the sending address and make sure the Domino server DNS is working correctly. Also check Domain documents to be sure you dont forward directly to this address.
when i tried sending to user's internet address and it get through his mailbox however when sending to his internal address (with a slash), the error started to occur. The user's domain and our domain has a direct connection thru global email directory. Also, the said user's email has been migrated to exchange and we were using lotus notes.

OK it is highly likely there is no route to a Notes Hierarchical name... ie name/ou/cert
If you are using the Exchange connector and / or directory assistance make sure you update this to exclude the notes name
move from answer as it did not answer the question...
There r several causes....
If mailbox is not local and Mail Relay is not enabled, or the sending address is invalid
Sending mail to recipients outside of the domain where this is not allowed
Attempting to send thru server which requires authentication and have not supplied credentials.... Check for the same i.e. mail server / email program, is attempting to send
without SMTP authentication, or when the recipient’s mailbox has been suspended. check for if the recipient’s mailbox has been disabled or not.
Check for either DNS or ISP’s DNS is not configured correctly for the recipient’s mailserver details, or the recipient’s MX record is configured incorrectly.
Check one by one and keep me update !
i have escalated this to our on shore team and once they have it resolved, they'll send us the detailed solution. Will keep you posted as to the steps they're about to give us. thanks gabe9527
