128GB SanDisk X400 M.2 SSD V.S. 250GB Samsung 850 EVO Series SSD

I've been trying to decide between these two SSD's. From what I have read, the Samsung seems to be much better than the Satta version of the SanDisk in terms of Internal Data Rate and 4KB Random Read. However, when comparing the M.2 version, they are about the same. Can anyone distinguish which would provide a better overall speed boost?
