10 Bit Video vs BitRate 8MBps

Which video should I download, the 10bit video of size 2 GB or Video of 8 MBps BitRate of 10 GB size?
Please tell me. For relevant I have tagged sites.

Most of the time the larger file will have better quality. This is provided that you are looking at the same size video resolution dimensions. So it all comes down to personal preference. DO you want to store more videos or better quality videos. I can rip a BluRay disk to my HD and it can be a few gigs in size. I can convert it to another format like AVI or MOV and cut the size down to under a 1 gig. When traveling I load them to a flash drive.  So if I want more movies to take I use the smaller size.  If I’m going to stream or play them on a television I use the larger file size.

    What is the media/source that you wanted to download? It depends on where did you want to download this video. Also depends on space if there is enough space, you can go for second one.
