    Not much; those are simply the address numbers. Because the address starts 10.x.x.x, about all we know is it's a 'local' address (to you?) Such numbers are not accessible through routers.

    Certain ranges of addresses are restricted for 'local' use. This allows the same addresses to be used over and over again but within different 'local' networks. That same address would indicate some entirely different system in my network than it does in yours.
