Online safety literacy

ComputerWeeklyStaff Profile: ComputerWeeklyStaff

So the government wants all children from 5 to 17 to get driving lessons to make them safe on the information super-highway. This will cut the time teachers can spend on something really useful, like English grammar or maths.
Downtime reckons that if the kids then go looking for online porn, they’ll soon learn about economics and fiscal responsibility too. Perhaps if Gordon and Alistair had spent more time learning those lessons, they might have made a better fist of it.
