Surprising as it may seem to some, there is a list of the UK’s best call centres. Well, strictly speaking, this is a list of volunteer companies that have elected to put themselves through tthe ordeal of having up to 600 mystery callers clogging up their lines. But even so, to have Samsung as the sole representative of the information and communications sector?
Entries for 2010 have closed, but diarise the event for next year.
(Downtime will do anything to get better service from the average muppet on the other end of a service call. It’s this or an early stress-induced myocardial infarction.)
