    I share the information with the rest of the company - even workers at the bottom levels. Business intelligence allows us to better understand what customers want, and I love how easy it is to develop ways of increasing our appeal... but theories don't always work out in real life. Having the whole team understand why we're doing things a certain way is the best way to make any Business Intelligence effort succeed - especially because the people I rely on to actually do things are good at correcting potential problems and stopping management-related stumbles. Contrary to popular belief, I am fallible.
