How to recover a deleted Access Form?

I recently accidently deleted a Form of an Access database. The backup version of the database is older than I would like to recover. Is there a way to recover the form? Or is there a way to recover a temp file of the database?

Restore the backup version into another folder. Then you can copy the form that was deleted from the restored version into the other database. In the current database go to the “External Data” and enter the location of restored that database. Chose the “import table, queries, forms….” The click on “OK” and from the drop down menu chose the tab “Forms”. Find the form you need to recover and chose it then click “OK”. This will copy the from from the restored database to your current database.

I think you have a bad luck you have to create form again. As it is not possible from the early backup. If you have any recent backup available before deletion of form you may able to recover it.
