Hi, I have a problem with my Intel motherboard. When I connect to the screen it displays, "enter password to unlock the system:. What must be the problem?

There are several possibilities here.  The first is, is there bios password set that is initiating when the system boots?  Or is this the system password that you get when it finishes the boot?  Without more information with this, this is hard to answer.

Is this a new or old machine? It may be someone set up a BIOS password to prevent access. This is usually a black screen with white text. There are ways to fix this depending on the manufacturer. It may be looking for a network login. This would show after the system boots up. Let us know which it is.

What brand and model of computer? Some have different ways to reset the BIOS password yourself. Other you may have to contact the manufacturer.
