Citrix Summit 2015 preview: Marketing tools, sneak peek at Citrix Solution Advisor

With Citrix Summit 2015 just days away, the vendor launched the latest Citrix MarketingIQ platform for partners and offered partners a sneak peak at its new Citrix Solution Advisor partner program.

This year’s Summit is the second annual event where Citrix underscores its strategy to bring together its internal sales teams and channel partners from across the globe to kick off the New Year and focus on joint success. Citrix Summit 2014 consummated the new strategy.

According to the vendor, the new enhanced MarketingIQ platform is a complete overhaul of the Citrix Marketing Concierge program that the vendor has offered for the past four years. The company said Citrix MarketingIQ offers better search capabilities, more robust content, modern and updated template designs, and mobile device scalability, all designed to provide partners with an efficient and high-quality automated marketing solution.

Partners who use this latest marketing tool should find that it helps with lead generation efforts by offering co-branded emails, landing pages, thank-you pages, as well as live and virtual event invites, according to Citrix.

A new Resource Center, which includes new marketing assets such as content for Citrix products and solutions, is also available to support the MarketingIQ platform.

In addition, while not giving away too much information, Citrix has revealed that it will introduce at Citrix Summit 2015 a revamped Citrix Solution Advisor partner program. According to a recent blog post by Katherine Lochrie, senior manager for worldwide partner programs at Citrix, “The new program is designed to optimize and invigorate joint customer engagements between channel partners and Citrix sales teams as well as direct targeted product ad services opportunities to our best-qualified partners.”

She intimated that highly qualified partners with expertise in solution design, implementation, support and services are key to customer success given the rapid and overwhelming changes taking place in IT.

At the conference, partners will get all the details about the new Citrix Solution Advisor program and how it will offer them an opportunity to expand their business with Citrix in markets leveraging Citrix Mobile Workspaces.
