Which is correct? Early ____________ ran on a couple of AA batteries and suffered a lot from lag as a result. a. BlackBerries b. BlackBerrys |
Answer: b
Because BlackBerry is a proper noun, the plural is not formed the typical way, by changing the y on the end to ies. (This is the rule for people’s names as well: You would say “There are four Cindys in my office” rather than “There are four Cindies in my office.”)
