Which is correct?
a. Once the business owner saw the benefits of attending an Agile retrospective his participation improved.
b. Once the business owner saw the benefits of attending an Agile retrospective, his participation improved.

Answer: b

Reason: “Once the business owner saw the benefits of attending an Agile retrospective” is an introductory phrase.

Rule: Separate an introductory phrase from the main clause of a sentence by a comma.
