Stop a Windows Shutdown in progress.

If you have a Windows Shutdown in progress and want to stop it simply open a command prompt and type shutdown -a. You can keep a shortcut to it on your desktop and label it Cancel Shutdown!.

This has saved me many times and now it can save you as well!
