The biggest problem I see is that we have had this new UI pushed on us when it is not ready. There are two things needed. Training or better documentation is key. It is NOT intuitive how the desktop user continues to do what we did. Time may correct this as thought leaders learn how to use it and informa the rest of us.I don't believe the only problem is a lack of familiarity. I also believe the UI is not finished or polished enough. We may have to wait for Windows 9 or whatever for this to be corrected. Maybe a cheap start menu replacement is the answer.I want to know how MS could have been so shortsighted to make us switch UI by force!
