Great information, we have used Storage vMotion quite often going back to early ESX 3.5.

A great use was when we did a DMX to V-Max replacement of our hardware, we presented the new V-Max alongside the existing DMX LUNs and moved thousands of VMs without outage or performance issues for end users.]]></description>
