Ron’s book is about the state of mind, attitude and sense of responsibility necessary to make good things happen. By all means, this is more philosophical than a technical text. Leave your technical books on the shelf for a day, and start reading about inherent quality. Mario’s background includes being a senior software engineer for prominent organizations in the U.S. (San Jose, California) and Canada (Toronto, Ontario). He has authored and been the principal architect for innovative software. He holds a B.Sc. degree from the Faculty of Mathematics, University of Belgrade, Serbia and Montenegro, and a Master’s degree from the School of Computer Science at the University of Waterloo, ON, Canada. When asked whether he had ranked IQS, Mario responded: Yes I did, I gave it “Excellent”.
