Honorable mention

To achieve increasing levels of inherent quality, you do not need to be a hero. It does help however when quality is inherent within your team. This post is a thank you to my new team at AllYourRetail.Com. Recently, they enabled a new customer site in record time. This was largely made possible by making it through the entire project lifecycle with zero re-work. My sincere thanks to all involved. Honorable mention for this team effort goes to a particularly developer (Jon) for completing his programming tasks with unimaginable speed and quality. Others are already hard at work trying to match or better his achievement. The race is close. Overall the net result is very positive. Thanks again to everyone for continual inherent improvements relative to quality, value, teamwork, speed, excellence, service, and simplicity.
