Evolve

For all that can be said about potential opportunities to further evolve IT, a huge round of applause is overdue. The industry is continually working towards embedding greater levels of quality, value, excellence and simplicity. To a large degree the major issue today is most likely simply education. Thus a key reason for the creation of this blog and Inherent Quality Simplicity is to help share awareness of opportunities and progress. C levels - and by this is meant the traditional ones and Consumer levels - are very likely in many cases simply not capitalizing on the software, technology and information that is available in today’s sea, sky and interconnected universe of enrichment. They and newcomers to the field need to become more aware or they need IT pros to better influence the quality of their decisions to help them evolve. Standing still and operating business as usual is no longer an option. It is time to move forward as anything else is moving backward. Most likely for many C levels there is a world of opportunity waiting for them to connect the dots. What is perhaps most interesting is when business resources see the value of available innovation before the CIO. Equally interesting perhaps is when those promoting innovation are pushed aside by those who would rather stand still. For the CIOs, business resources and others who are driving continual improvement and promoting the application of innovation, applause is also overdue.
