On average, over 220,000 individuals from around the world visit the hunger site each day to click the yellow “Click Here to Give - it’s FREE” button. To date, more than 200 million visitors have given more than 300 million cups of staple food. See and click related button below. Note however that more must be done. Via a quick Internet search (e.g., “donation to fight poverty”) you should be able to find other ways to help those in need. For example, see this December 13, 2007 press release that is associated with the “Fight Poverty with Passion” campaign which draws attention to the 37 million Americans who live in poverty and to the changing face of poverty, which today is often hidden and found within working families. Watch and listen to this again. It should touch you, and ideally you will do something to help others. By perfect vision the internet community can end extreme poverty before 2025 (we just have to believe, and then act, e.g.). Working together we can fight the good fight, and all can win!
