Story here: Tom Hayes Takes Aim, How Local Economies Can Compete After the Jump Point (posted Mar 24, 2008; brief excerpt below). Tom is one of the many inherent qualities of the InternetEvolution.Com.

I have often been asked what makes regional economies successful.  My answer invariably reduces down to a few essential characteristics.  As the global economy approaches the Jump Point in the next 1000 days, those qualities are more important than ever.

Progressively emerge in 2008, grow in 2009 and make great progress by 2012 and onwards to 2020 and beyond

Inherent Quality, IT

Quality is and will increasingly become more inherent. A global IT profession will progressively emerge in 2008, grow in 2009 and make great progress by 2012 on route to perfect vision leap year 2020 and beyond. Grasp the essence. Purposefully activate the laws of nature, physics, and spirituality; purposefully activate laws which are new for many and centuries old at the same time. Awaken innerness and be part of growing greater oneness. IT is an inherent quality. Within IT there are many inherent qualities and opportunities to make value continually more intrinsic and pervasive. For a related book, read Inherent Quality Simplicity. Thank you for doing so.

Inherent Quality, Unification

Sharing a couple of news items for general awareness:

When one thinks of all the software, technology and information systems that interconnect with economics it is rather amazing. Would there be a huge savings in time, money and so on, and a major reduction in associated complexities, and a major decrease in risks and errors, if the world operated with a single currency, and if products and services had the same value, price and cost throughout the world? Will a day come when unification, equality and prosperity are higher global realities from many perspectives?

Hello from Nova Scotia

Behind my monitor there’s a bay of windows through which there’s a forest and blue sky. Hello, today’s post is brought to you from a country setting in Cape Breton, Nova Scotia. It is also brought to you on the last day of winter and the eve of the first day of spring. On St. Patrick’s Day, I sold, gave to neighbors and gave to charity, various items I had collected over the years. The same day I packed my green Jeep and drove from Ontario to Nova Scotia. In addition to a dozen or so VIIP posts per month, starting this spring I will also be sharing via the Internet Evolution as a member of their IQ Crew. Ideally you enjoy something within upcoming posts and comments. Have a great spring and rest of ‘08.

For a bit of fun, watch the clip and imagine the science fair genius that may come from our children’s children thanks to the power of the Internet to attract, educate and inspire minds, old ones, and perhaps particularly very young ones.
