		<description><![CDATA[Wow, IT folks need their ego’s boosted? That itself is a conundrum. In most IT shops the level of testosterone is second only to that of an investment bank’s trading room. And geophysicists as “rock stars”? Next to accountants I would suggest geophysicists are the least lively at a party perhaps with the exception of undertakers with whom they have something in common; the ground. 

I don’t understand Chevron’s IT innovation and the correlation to “Tiger Mom’s”. Momma grizzlies, and now tiger mom’s?  Is this an attempt to impart animalistic tendencies to the female of the species? What is the equivalent term for females when we refer to the male species as “horse’s ass”?  

Are the females of the species reacting to being portrayed as kittens, cougars and housewives? Will Chevron’s innovation approach result in IT ego’s exploding and causing oil spills and gas leaks? Or will the tiger moms in Chevron control their IT cubs?]]></description>
