		<description><![CDATA[Rachel Lebeaux is right as far as she goes in this article, but I don&#039;t think an assessment of the email related risks a McCain-Paling administration would bring can ignore the motivation for Sarah Palin&#039;s Yahoo! accounts.

Namely, her own State legal advisors had assured her that such &#039;private&#039; accounts would be immune from legal discovery and auditors in the event of lawsuits. 

So it&#039;s not just that she knowingly circumvented established email practices for government business (and compromised security in the process), but rather that she did so in order to evade public scrutiny of the her actions that is the scariest part of the story.]]></description>
