In the time we (IT people) can see the whole benefits of spending on IT and investing; specially on the long run, IT managers do not believe so. I am really frustrated. I believe that we shall find more applicable ways in justifying IT spendings because all what managers think about is: quick ROI. Spending on IT is in a crisis for a while.]]></description>
