I couldn’t agree more regarding the value of simplification of everyday IT workflows via Business Intelligence. The role of strategic and efficient planning and working has become more relevant for IT today and I believe will continue to evolve as we enter the eventual recovery period, where IT will be tasked to take on new projects… while keeping up with existing.
