		<description>Well put!  I can't help but think how much more we could enjoy work IF those with all the complaints would find other work more appealing for them.  Perhaps more should choose this "unthinkable" solution.

The last time I was truly fed up with my work situation I came home and asked my wife what she'd think if I quit the next day - and she looked at me and said "You've been miserable...".  The next day I gave my notice, and funny thing, I didn't complain all the next 2 weeks of working out my notice.

I also was offered a new job as I was saying goodbye on my last day!</description>
