Usenet: Not dead yet from ComputerWorld

Usenet has been on my mind the past few weeks and this excellent, though lengthy article from Computerworld is a timely reminder that Usenet is not dead yet.

For the younger generation that avoids software piracy, Usenet could be an unknown landscape on the Internet. That’s difficult for me to believe, but I have to remind myself that I’m just old enough myself to have used it before the days of the World Wide Web.
