Hi all, are customer service reps at stores hovering over you every second that you don’t want them and then suddenly when you do need them they are all busy or nowhere to be found. Or do you loathe slogging through the menu system in order to ask a simple question that isn’t easily found on their website. This frustrates enough people that there is an app for that.

TalkTo is an app that will let you text a question to a company and hopefully get a valid response in a reasonable amount of time via text message. There are several companies that have signed up for the service but many are still missing. Also, the service is currently only available in the US. Over time, depending on usage I assume, the service could become an incredibly powerful tool.
