<description>@SAS70ExPERT - I would agree, but I can't count how many times I have been in meeting with tech people like you and I who know the issues, the systems and the product, then walks in some manager or CIO type who says that everything we are doing is fine and good but we are missing the "big picture" and we need a perfect data center or recovery site. I think it happens more than we think it does.

You are 100% correct. There is no such thing. Perfection is never an option but planning, training and practice over time will in fact get you close to being 100% up and impressing your company with money well spent facilities.</description>

<description>I have audited many datacenters….there is no such thing. Give it your best shot but nobody is perfect. I act as a contractor on many engagements, and we always have provided management recommendations. These recommendations will help you improve your datacenter controls. If you have a good auditor that you trust, he will focus only on those controls that are critical to your success.[A href="http://www.linkedin.com/in/sas70expert "][IMG src="http://www.linkedin.com/in/sas70expert " alt="null" /][ULIST]
