		<description>Aging is an issue that's not unique to storage.  Seven-year-old servers are rare, and efficient data centers migrate their technologies to maintain needed performance.

What's different is that storage holds precious data, and lots of it.  Data migration to newer technology needs to be built into IT plans from the beginning, and considered an essential process to keep things working.</description>
