As for offsite DR I'd advise an online service. Being non-partisan I'd advise you choose which ever one you like best.

People will bring up volume of data and the upload time but your first backup should be the stuff on your system you couldn't live without should (God forbid) your home burn to the ground. 

You can then add more and more stuff to the backup set as time moves on and incremental backup will take care of the rest.</description>
