A lot of people think of ALM as a “heavy-weight” enterprise toolset. In this short video clip, Mik Kersten talks about the variety of ALM tools available, including some that are open source and “light-weight.” “What we’ve learned in the last five years is open source ALM tools speak very well to the developers. We just have to get them connected to the enterprise ALM tools,” says Kersten.
