		<description><![CDATA[Since SOA offers a way to reuse services and increase productivity by leveraging existing assets, I think that SOA can become one of the most valuable tools for IT professionals during an economic downturn.
It&#039;ll be interesting to hear from users themselves about how the economy is impacting their use of SOA.   
If any of you are interested in hearing what customers &amp; end-users are doing in this area, I recommend checking out the IBM SOA conference, IMPACT, April 7-11th in Las Vegas.  There will be many discussions at the conference on this topic.
