i think that its great that sun is coming out with new items. im sure later on today/tommarrow the stocks should be up. however, i think they should increase the price to upgrade or buy the new unit, because if it costed the company 10,000 dollars for a product that theyre not sure will completely improve the business and income of the company, i think for the units that are bought they should be improved to 250-500 bucks. even thoguh thats a big jump, since there are different versions of the program, they should have different prices at a highter rate. like they make it seem like it will do good, and hopefully it does, but still theres always the risk of people saying "oh, thats not that big of a deal, sure, its an upgrade, but still" from what i read al that the upgrade will do is improve the service in more places. ive heard that the service already is very good in most places, improving it will give gaurenteed satisfaction for everyone everywhere. since this seems like a good product overall thy should increase the price. now some people might say drop it. but why? if its gonna do goos, make the price high. thats what they did with the iPhone, they made the price high and different prices for different units. however, what nintendo did with the Wii was brilliant. they went and said, k lets make an amazing game system and charge less than the leading game systems. since they did that, people still, 1 year later, are sleeping outside on the ground for it. i mean the idea of someone being that desperate for something for 250 bucks is undescribable. yet theyre making alot of money, sun isnt that way. theyre not a headline making corperation, its understandable to have the prce be higher than what you can get for say apple or dell. thats myn opinion!
