		<description>Did the OEM boxes you converted have OEM licenses installed?  If so, did you have any issues post conversion with Windows requiring reactivation?  I'm trying to convert the OEM license to a VLA.  Doing a repair/in-place upgrade of the OS after the conversion appears to blow away a number of ACLS.</description>
