Walter Reed message discloses P2P connection to breach

SearchSecurity wrote a story this morning about officials at the Walter Reed Army Medical Center investigating how the personal information of 1,000 former patients was left unsecured on a hospital computer. In a message on the Walter Reed website, Col. Patricia Horoho, commander of the Walter Reed Health Care System shed some light on how the information was compromised. The message has recently disappeared from the website, but I was able to take a screen capture of it. The message was addressed to “Team WRAMC.”
