		<description>As long as people will be people, worms will spread like worms are meant to.  As has been preached for years, people need to be wary of emails like this and the links/attachments that they contain, keep systems patched and update virus definitions regularly.  As far as blocking .exe file downloads, I am surprised by the number of companies that still allow this.
