Posted by: Eric Parizo
In case you missed it on the SearchSecurity.com home page this week, please check out the first in our latest series of face-off videos, featuring security industry luminaries Hugh Thompson, founder of People Security, and Adam Shostack, author of The New School of Information Security.
In this installment, Thompson and Shostack discuss how the rise of social networking has affected data privacy, and how information security pros can effectively convey the risks that come with putting so much data online. Thompson says when it comes to dealing with this issue, we may have to “recalibrate as a society.” Agree? Disagree? Let us know in the comments.
