		<description>Finally !!!  Someone making a sane decision in the midst of insanity.  Good on the DHS for doing something that just may work.  As I work in Gov't info security I find that the biggest hnderance are the longtime gov't employees who 'expect' things to not work, not to mention the slow moving machine.  It's frustrating in this industry when things need done and you whack the dragons tail only to get a Huh? two years later.

someone fresh who hasn't been jaded by the gov't system and is obviously somewhat of a go getter will be (I hope) fun to watch.</description>
