Hi Roger!

First of all, thank you for the great migration guide, really good work.
But i'm missing one thing:

What is the prefered way to migrate the exisitng exchange 2003 mailboxes (i.e. Enterprise Version running on a Windows 2003 Memberserver) to exchange 2007 system of the sbs 2008?

Is there a way to do an online replication after the steps of your migration guide or must this be done manual per Exmerge or similiar?

I've to do a migration tomorrow and it would be very kind if i could get a clever tip from you.

Thx for your advice,

Best regards
Sebastian

Sorry about missing this Sebastian I have not did this but you would think that you could do the Mail Move like you would normally when migrating between Exchange servers. If you was doing a Migration from the existing domain and using the Steps to bring a SBS2008 Server into a existing domain you should be able to do the migration like normal but that is just speculation upon my part. If your cresting a new domain and moving that way then you could esmerge the email out and bring that back into the SBS 2008 box.
