I have a few different options being run for the backups. One customer is using Symantec Backup Exec 12.5 for their host Servers and VS Server Backups. I have one using the Storage Craft Shadow Protect software for their Virtuals and Host machines. In our office we are running the Zenith BDR solution. It allows you to spin up a virtual server from the backup set and works great if you have a hardware failure and no parts.
